Kligfield-Okin index: revisiting the correction of ST depression for delta heart rate

We compared ST depression and the ST/Deltaheart rate (HR) index in 318 patients who had exercise testing and angiograms. The ST/DeltaHR index performs better than ST by significantly improving specificity.
