Zusammenfassung:	Carcinoma ex pleomorphic adenoma presenting in the nasopharynx is extremely rare. We present a case of carcinoma ex pleomorphic adenoma occupying the nasopharynx and the soft palate in a 51-year-old woman. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first reported case of carcinoma ex pleomorphic adenoma in the nasopharynx.
