Zusammenfassung: | The expression of CD11b and oxidative burst activity of dog neutrophils undergoing ex vivo refrigerated storage was studied using flow-cytometry. Additionally, the effect of a proprietary cell stabilization reagent (Cyto-Chex™) on the expression of CD11b and oxidative burst activity was studied.
