The size of this segment indicates a clear need to provide Spanish-speaking consumers with relevant health information for improving health maintenance and quality of life. Recognizing this need, Customer Potential Management Corp. recently developed a Spanish Interactive Health Risk Assessment. This Web-based customer relationship management tool is designed to provide valuable health information to Spanish-speaking patients and assist health care organizations with marketing efforts to Hispanic communities. The goal is to promote health education and awareness, wellness, disease management, and intervention techniques to Hispanic/Latino patients in a hospital's service area while simultaneously building customer relationships and loyalty. |
