Reduced Dietary Underrecording with Concurrent Tracking of Hunger

Compelling evidence indicates that dietary underreporting is widespread under free-living conditions. A study was conducted to test the hypothesis that dietary underreporting would be reduced by an activity requiring hourly logging of data and to determine the influence of hunger on eating behavior.
