Zusammenfassung:	We describe our technique for excision of a renal tumor that extended to the right atrium and was adherent to the inferior vena cava within the liver. The surgical procedure was performed using cardiopulmonary bypass with deep hypothermic circulatory arrest and retrograde cerebral perfusion to extend the safe period of cerebral ischemia.
