Zusammenfassung: | Pancreas divisum is a rare congenital anomaly of the pancreatic ducts that has been implicated in pancreatitis. In addition, the finding of a Santorinicele, which is a cystic dilatation of the dorsal duct, suggests that there is an obstruction associated with a congenital or acquired weakness of the mucosa. We used an endoscopic technique to treat a child with recurrent pancreatitis who was found to have pancreas divisum and a large Santorinicele. |
