Zusammenfassung:An interactive computer procedure is described which determines 1H–1H couplings from fitting the cross-peak multiplets in regular phase-sensitive COSY spectra. The robustness and simplicity of the method rely on the fact that a given cross-peak intensity is not an independent variable in the fitting procedure, making it possible to measure couplings accurately even from individual cross peaks with unresolved multiplet structure.
