Zusammenfassung:	Magnetic resonance imaging and magnetic resonance venography findings of 30 women with polycystic ovary syndrome and headache were studied prospectively. Our magnetic resonance imaging and magnetic resonance venography findings support that polycystic ovary syndrome with severe headache is a promoter of idiopathic intracranial hypertension.
