Zusammenfassung:A statistical model for estimating the error bars on the EXAFS signal is developed. The average can be calculated at the beginning of the analysis, with the estimation of the error bars made directly on the individual measurements; the error bars are then propagated across the EXAFS extraction. Furthermore, this model also allows the estimation of the error bars on the Fourier transformation of the EXAFS signal, and on the filtered EXAFS spectrum after the inverse Fourier transform.
