Pelvic actinomycosis mimicking frozen pelvis: report of an unusual case

Abdominal actinomycosis is an uncommon disease, often mistaken for other conditions especially malignancy. Thus, its diagnosis is usually delayed and in several cases the disease can be severe and life-threatening for the patient.
