Zusammenfassung:Melanoma is the sixth most common cancer in the United States, and its incidence rates are currently increasing faster than for any other cancer. Nodular melanoma often carries a poor prognosis because of local invasion and early distant metastasis. Herein, we report a case of the largest primary melanoma in the current literature, along with the management strategy of a primary tumor of this magnitude.
