Ciliatamides A−C, Bioactive Lipopeptides from the Deep-Sea Sponge Aaptos ciliata

Three lipopeptides, ciliatamides A−C (1–3), were isolated from the deep-sea sponge Aaptos ciliata, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical methods. Ciliatamides A (1) and B (2) were found to be antileishmanial, while 2 also exhibited marginal cytotoxicity to H...
