Chorea gravidarum

A case study is presented of a 20-year-old primipara of Pakistani origin who was referred to the antenatal clinic at term for abnormal involuntary movements and being small for dates. She was diagnosed with chorea gravidarum, an uncommon movement disorder of pregnancy.
