Fallopian tube carcinoma presenting as an endometrial polyp

The case study of a 79-year-old woman presenting with postmenopausal bleeding is presented and discussed. Ultrasound examination revealed what appeared to be an endometrial polyp, but upon resection was found to be adenosarcoma.
