Zusammenfassung:	A case study of a 33-year-old woman admitted in spontaneous labor at 39 weeks who had an emergency C-section due to a knot in the cord is presented and discussed. Following the C-section, the patient complained of lower abdominal pain and the inability to pass urine following catheter removal. A fistula between the bladder and peritoneum was discovered.
