Zusammenfassung:Objective: An undiagnosed anterior meningocele may mimic an ovarian cyst. Careful evaluation and consultation must be the mainstay of surgery for adnexal masses. Results: A patient initially diagnosed as having an adnexal mass was discovered to have an anterior meningocele at surgery. In vitro fertilization plans were delayed to prevent complications during procedures.
