Zusammenfassung: | Unfortunately, most managements for ACS might worsen SAH. [...]the diagnosis of SAH may affect the application of therapeutic hypothermia. [...]the consulted neuroradiologist made the diagnosis of pseudo-subarachnoid hemorrhage (pseudo-SAH) rather than true hemorrhage. Because of the grave prognosis and the willing of the family, she did not receive further angiography or cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) examination. Furthermore, the documentation of intracranial hemorrhage will affect the application of therapeutic hypothermia, which may cause bleeding tendency [10-14]. Because CT scans get more and more prevalent in modern years, it is reasonable to suggest early cranial CT scans in all OHCA survivors if readily available and not contraindicated. |
