Zusammenfassung:Microparticle-enhanced cultivation (MPEC) was applied as a novel method for improved biomass and product formation during cultivation of filamentous microorganisms. Exemplarily, chloroperoxidase (CPO) formation by Caldariomyces fumago was analyzed in the presence and absence of microparticles of different size.
