Zusammenfassung:	A variety of orthobiologic materials are available or under development to enhance the repair of bone fractures. These materials vary widely in their composition, mechanism of action, and clinical results. This article provides a brief review of the currently available bone grafting materials, which include autografts, allografts, conductive substrates, demineralized bone matrix, platelet gels, recombinant bone morphogenic proteins, and bone marrow aspirate injections.
