Zusammenfassung:A 56-year-old woman presented with gradually increasing lower abdominal lump since 1 year. She was subjected to laparotomy and a solid and cystic mass was removed from right broad ligament with pan-hysterectomy. Mass on histopathological examination was proved to be tumor of Wolffian origin. This is a condition rarely reported in Indian literature.
