A Replication Study of Experienced Graduate Nurse Faculty Orientation Offerings and Needs

Replication of a 1994 study of 219 undergraduate nursing faculty used a sample of 130 graduate faculty. Results showed that 79% received a two- to three-day orientation. Longer programs yielded more information and covered topics more comprehensively. (SK)
