Exhaled Nitric Oxide and Hepatopulmonary Syndrome in a 6-Year-Old Child

The purpose of this report was to evaluate exhaled nitric oxide levels in a 6-year-old boy affected by hepatopulmonary syndrome (HPS). HPS is usually a triad of liver disease, arterial hypoxemia, and intrapulmonary vascular dialation that causes right-to-left shunting of blood flow.
