Congenital lesions, such as hemangiomas, lymphatic malformations, dermoids, hamartomas and thyroglossal ducts cysts, are seen more commonly. Primary, non-congenital lingual neoplasms are less common in children. We present three patients with benign lingual neoplasms. Evaluation, management, pathology and follow-up are discussed.
