Scimitar syndrome on chest x ray

The pulmonary arterial pressure was within normal limits (19/6 mm Hg). [...]cardiac magnetic resonance imaging revealed venous drainage from the whole right lung except the apical segment of the right upper lobe into the supra-diaphragmatic inferior vena cava via the Scimitar vein ( fig 2 ).
