An Artifact Simulating Urinoma on Renal Transplant Imaging

The authors describe a patient who received a renal transplant and had immediate postoperative radionuclide renal imaging that showed accumulation of activity during the study simulating a urine leak, which proved to be due to activity in a blood drainage bag that was in the field of view.
