Zusammenfassung:	A 47-year-old man presented for an interictal F-18 FDG brain scan. He had a history of chronic, intractable focal motor seizures, with previously documented left open lip schizencephaly and agenesis of the corpus callosum on MRI scan. The typical features of schizencephaly and corpus callosal agenesis are shown in the F-18 FDG and MRI scans.
