Endovascular stent graft as an alternative therapy, though limited, has produced acceptable initial results, but few reports of mid‐term follow‐up are available. We report the mid‐term results with the use of an endograft to treat a patient with both an aorto bronchial fistula and a contained rupture of the thoracic aorta. |
