Zusammenfassung:The goal of this work was to genotype the specimens of O. felineus collected on the territory of Western Siberia and C. sinensis from Khabarovsk and Japan by concurrently using two genetic markers, ITS2 (transcribed spacer 2 from the nuclear ribosomal cluster) and CO1 (a fragment of the mitochondrial gene encoding cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1) and to perform phylogenetic analysis involving the published data on these markers for the three mentioned liver fluke species.
