Zusammenfassung:	After unsuccessful dietary treatment for intestinal lymphangiectasia, a 21-year-old man underwent Tc-99m dextran lymphoscintigraphy to localize regional disease that could be managed by surgery. Early images showed abnormal radionuclide accumulation at the distal ileum and the ascending colon. Delayed images showed transit of the leaked intraluminal radionuclide in the colon.
