Zusammenfassung:For this research study, the authors explored differences and relationships among the job satisfaction of registered nurses, patient satisfaction with nursing care, nursing care delivery models, organizational structure, and organizational culture. There were no differences in nurses job satisfaction or patient satisfaction with nursing care in different organizational structures or where different nursing care delivery models were used. A supportive environment was most important to the job satisfaction of nurses.
