Zusammenfassung:The paper presents an example of a new type of a structured model containing time delays in parallel branches. This model was selected as optimal to describe mathematically the lymphocyte migration between the venous blood and prescapular lymph in Merino ewes under physiological conditions. The model allowed to identify and quantify several lymphocyte fractions exhibiting different migration dynamics.
