Urethral Coitus in a Patient with a Microperforate Hymen

Abstract Microperforate hymen is a rare condition consisting of a tiny hymeneal orifice with normal female genitals. A woman had microperforate hymen in which diagnosis and treatment was performed after decades of urethral coitus.
