Zusammenfassung:We present a very rare case of retroperitoneal extrarenal angiomyolipoma (AML) with spontaneous rupture. A 67-year-old woman without tuberous sclerosis was admitted to our hospital complaining of sudden right flank pain. We suspected right renal AML with rupture by imaging analysis, but the diagnosis was extrarenal AML by surgery and pathological examination.
