Zusammenfassung: | Tactics of treatment of patients owing high risk of the hemorrhage recurrence occurrence from varicosely changed gastroesophageal veins, caused by liver cirrhosis, was elaborated, based on individual prognostic estimation. Nonhomogenous subsequent statistical procedure was applied for the hemorrhage recurrence prognostication. There were determined differential--prognostic informative value of clinico--anamnestic, laboratory and instrumental indices of the hemorrhage recurrence presence/absence and their prognostic coefficients were also calculated. Application of elaborated method of the hemorrhage recurrence prognostication, originated from gastroesophageal veins, using proposed prognostic tables, permits to delineate the group of patients owing high risk of its occurrence, to whom the conduction of active prophylactic measures is indicated. |
