Structural analysis of three sulfated oligosaccharides isolated from human milk

The structures of two sulfated octasaccharides and one sulfated nonasaccharide isolated from human milk have been investigated. Using 13C and 1H NMR spectroscopy and ESMS, the following structures 1–3 were established:
