Zusammenfassung: | The pulmonary autograft procedure has been shown to provide excellent hemodynamic results in young patients with aortic pathology. However, the use of this procedure in those with more complex aortic disease has not been extensively evaluated. The purpose of this report is to present the application of the Ross procedure in a 21-year-old man with extensive acquired aortic root pathology, both subannular and supraannular, and prosthetic valve dysfunction after two previous procedures. |
