Zusammenfassung::  Disseminated aspergillar infection involving the genitourinary system is quite rare and often fatal. Only one previous case of aspergillosis of the scrotum has been reported. In the previous report, the patient died despite aggressive surgical debridement. We report a case of aspergillosis involving the scrotum in which the patient did well with conservative medical management.
