Zusammenfassung:	In Ebstein’s anomaly, the aim of surgical intervention is the restoration of tricuspid valve competence. In some circumstances, however, paucity of the leaflet tissue precludes successful repair and negatively influences the long-term durability of the valvuloplasty procedure. We report a modified technique that provides satisfactory results for right atrioventricular valve function.
