Zusammenfassung:We report a patient with congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries, dextrocardia in congestive heart failure, with severe tricuspid regurgitation; a large ventricular septal defect, and giant left atrium. The patient underwent a two-ventricle repair with physiologic correction and had an excellent postoperative outcome.
