Zusammenfassung: | Dentigerous cyst is one of the most prevalent types of odontogenic cysts and is associated with crown of an unerupted or developing tooth. Dentigerous cysts are usually asymptomatic, so facial swelling may be the first clinical sign of a dentigerous cyst. A dentigerous cyst forming a septal abscess is uncommon.
