Zusammenfassung: | Several photographs of an evolving deep-penetrating nevus obtained at baseline and 14 months later are presented. At baseline, the lesion revealed a symmetrical regular "negative" globular pattern with underlying blue-brown homogeneous pigmentation, and at 14 months, the lesion revealed a confluence of the "negative" globular pattern forming dirty-tan "cobblestone" structures centrally outlined with white-blue rims. |
