Zusammenfassung:Early surgery is recommended for infant abdominoscrotal hydrocele because spontaneous resolution has not been reported. We present a 6-month-old boy with bilateral abdominoscrotal hydrocele, who did not undergo surgery because of a hematologic condition. After 1 year, the abdominal portion of both hydroceles resolved, leaving simple bilateral scrotal hydroceles.
