Zusammenfassung:We report a patient with abnormal systemic blood supply to the right lung and right-sided anomalous pulmonary venous drainage to the inferior vena cava (scimitar syndrome or pulmonary venolobar syndrome). In addition, she had an atrial septal defect, underdeveloped right pulmonary artery, an aberrant right bronchus, and tracheobronchomalacia. She improved markedly after palliative interventional closure of her atrial septal defect.
