Zusammenfassung: | Renal artery aneurysms are being encountered more frequently due to a wider use of angiography. As the risk of rupture is unclear, the indications for surgery remain controversial. Despite advances in treatment, complex aneurysms often require nephrectomy for adequate excision. We report a case of an incidentally diagnosed renal artery aneurysm successfully treated with extracorporeal repair and autotransplantation.
