Zusammenfassung:Between the sheets: The structure of the titanosilicate Ti‐YNU‐1 reveals a much larger spacing along the c axis between the MWW sheets than its lamellar precursor and 3D Ti‐MWW (see picture). Formation of twelve‐membered rings would explain this cell expansion, which results in increased steric accessibility and may explain the higher catalytic activity of Ti‐YNU‐1 relative to other titanosilicates.
