Zusammenfassung:In this retrospective study we reviewed 135 women aged ≤35 years who underwent 151 IVF/ICSI cycles. The patients were divided into two groups: group 1 patients who had basal antral follicles ≤10 (n = 65) and group 2 patients who had basal antral follicles ≥11 (n = 70). Women with antral follicles ≤10 needed more stimulation days and higher total gonadotropin doses and tended to have lower pregnancy rates.
