Zusammenfassung:	A 75-year-old woman was diagnosed of MCD plasma cell (PC) variant with B symptoms. Diffuse lymph-node enlargement, splenomegaly and pancytopenia were detected. Induction with Rituximab was made because pancytopenia was present. Actually patient is free of disease. This is the first complete response of MCD published, VIH negative, induced with anti CD20.
