Zusammenfassung:Binder syndrome, or maxillonasal dysplasia, is an uncommon developmental anomaly characterized by an unusually flat, underdeveloped midface, with an abnormally short nose and a flat nasal bridge. In this article, we review the literature and describe how 3-dimensional laser scanning was used to evaluate the facial morphology of a 12-year-old boy with this syndrome.
