Review of the Veterinary Surgeons Act

Perhaps we can legislate for what is necessary in the short term, with an Enabling Act, but allowing for desirable evolution in the not too distant future with bolt-on Regulations (Statutory Instruments) as future needs arise. In order to create the necessary office space, the RCVS Library and Information Service could move to a regional location such as the Royal Veterinary College at Potters Bar, or the new Herriot Library at the veterinary faculty of Glasgow University.
